Sometimes, in the middle of a busy day, we pause and look at the Congolese rainforest around us and marvel: how did we grow from consultations under a tree, to a small eye clinic, and now to a hospital, set on 15 acres of land?

We’ve just released a short video reflecting on a remarkable year — one that has led us to doing what we now get to do every day: changing more lives than ever.

With your support, we opened our new hospital, expanding our mission through sight-restoring eye services, a new Child Health Program, and dental campaigns. This space has become more than a hospital — it’s a place of hope, with a medical and pastoral library, training programs for local health professionals, children’s summer camps, and growing school outreach.

After nearly 14 years of serving Congo, it feels like a new chapter — one where we see the community being transformed before our eyes. With the capacity now in place, we’re excited about what lies ahead and what can be achieved together.
