Dear friends,
Hello from Congo!! New Sight is a charity that our parents founded, and we are celebrating its 10th birthday this year! We help blind people see again in the Republic of Congo. We started our first clinic in Impfondo in 2012 and our second clinic in Ouesso in 2019. We’re building a new and bigger eye hospital in Ouesso because we want to help more people. We need lots of $$$. So, we have been making calendars to fundraise the last four years. All the money raised goes directly to help our patients and their families.
For this year’s calendar, we chose the theme of ‘Water’ because it is life-giving – just like New Sight! We also want to wish you a year of refreshment and renewal, and thank you for giving new life through your support for New Sight!
Along with this year’s calendar, we have created some fun recipes from our kitchen in the Congolese rainforest. Hope you enjoy trying them out, and bon appetit!

親愛的朋友們，
您好！從剛果問候大家！目養計劃是我們父母創立的慈善機構，今年我們正在慶祝 10 歲生日！我們幫助盲人在剛果共和國重見光明。我們於 2012 年在因普豐多開設了我們的第一家診所，並於 2019 年在韋索開設了第二家診所。我們正在韋索建立一個新的更大的眼科醫院，因為我們想幫助更多的病人。我們需要大量的金錢，所以我們一直在製作桌面月曆來籌集過去4年的資金。籌集的所有資金都直接用於幫助我們的病人及其家人。
今年的月曆，我們選擇了“水”的主題，因為活水是賦予生命的，就像目養計劃一樣！我們也祝你一年的精神煥發，煥然一新，感謝您透過對目養計劃的支持為病人賦予新的生命！
除了今年的月曆，我們還在剛果熱帶雨林的廚房製作了一些有趣的食譜。 希望你嘗試食譜得愉快，祝你胃口大開！
