Dear Friends & Family,
During the month of December, I’m using the occasion of my birthday to raise funds for an amazing charitable organisation, New Sight Eye Care. The wonderful Dr. Joyce Wong and Henri Samoutou, through their organisation New Sight, have been able to provide accessible comprehensive eye care and essential community education and training to help many families in the Republic of Congo since 2012.
New Sight makes a huge impact to the large communities they serve. We know from the World Health Organisation that restoring sight is the single most cost-effective health intervention to reducing poverty. Christian and Louie have been making a difference by raising funds for New Sight since their 4th birthday and it’s time I pulled my weight.
