It has been 3 years since Joyce last travelled from Congo to Hong Kong, and even longer for Henri. We are looking forward to spending a spectacular evening at the Aberdeen Marina Club with some of the kindest and most generous people of the city.
As we approach our 5th anniversary, we marvel at the extraordinary progress that has been made, and the mountains that have been conquered with the help of our dedicated supporters. We simply cannot do what we do without people like you who care about the underprivileged.
New Sight is embarking on its most ambitious plans of expansion to date. At the dinner, we will unveil exciting details of a truly incredible 5 year vision. We will share some of the touching and funny stories from our amazing journey so far. We will certainly have a wonderful time celebrating all the people whose lives have been transformed through the work of New Sight.

Cecile’s Story
Cecile was blind and dependent on others for activities of daily living. Her family had to give up work and school to look after her. Even though her family kept reassuring her, she felt like a burden.
This is the day after Cecile’s operation. ‘Oh I can see!’ marvels Cecile as her husband looks on in amazement.
Cecile is so happy to see again! She is enjoying a farewell party to say goodbye to her walking stick!
